Student Message

Student Message

This programme has a well-structured curriculum that connects various aspects of international shipping and logistics, allowing for in-depth exploration of the maritime industry. Rather than simply reciting information, lecturers offer students food for thought. Their experience sharing showed me the rules of the game in the real business world.

Meeting talented students with diverse professional backgrounds from all over the world not only enriched my postgraduate life but also helped me to create an invaluable network for the future. Although the shipping and logistics industry is constantly evolving, forums and seminars enabled me to keep abreast of these changes and gain first-hand insights and market intelligence, which will be hugely beneficial in my future career.

HE Wanying

Having spent more than a decade in the shipping and commodity industry, I was glad to encounter exciting new theories, models and perspectives during this programme. The passion and enthusiasm of the teaching staff motivated us to explore the very latest industry topics and discuss them in class.

Thanks to the university’s solid technology infrastructure, the pandemic did not restrict our learning. It was exciting and inspiring to work alongside my classmates on a broad spectrum of collaborative projects.
