Interview Arrangement ( HKDSE Applicants )


The following summary only includes schemes/programmes which plan to conduct interviews and/or aptitude tests/assessments for the 2024/25 admissions exercise. As further changes on these arrangements may be made, applicants should check this webpage regularly to obtain the most up-to-date interview arrangements of our schemes/programmes.


Schemes/programmes which will conduct interviews/aptitude tests/assessments before the announcement of the HKDSE results will notify shortlisted applicants of the details individually by email, SMS, phone (our phone number usually starts with 2766 or 3400) or other electronic means. Schemes/programmes which will conduct interviews or tests after the announcement of HKDSE results will release their interview/test shortlist on 24 July 2024 at our e-Admission. Applicants are advised to check the details and attend the interviews/tests as scheduled since re-arrangement may not be possible. If they fail to do so, their applications may not be further considered.

JS3060 Accounting and Finance (Accountancy / Accounting and Finance / Digital Finance and Investment) - BBA (Hons) Scheme

Aims:

To evaluate applicants’ potential and interest in the programme and test their language and communication skills.

Medium:English
Duration:

About 15 minutes

Remarks:

Suitable candidates may be invited for an interview. No make-up interviews or earlier interviews will be arranged for applicants who fail to attend the scheduled interviews.
JS3250 Applied Social Sciences (Social Work / Social Policy and Social Entrepreneurship) - BA (Hons) Scheme
Date:After the announcement of HKDSE results
Mode:Group interview (face-to-face or online depending on the pandemic situation)
Aims:

To assess applicants’ potential and interest in the programme and to gauge their understanding of public issues and interpersonal communication skills.

Medium:English and Cantonese
Duration:

About 1 hour

Remarks:

Only Band A applicants will be considered for admission. Selected applicants may be invited to attend a group interview upon the release of HKDSE results.
JS3070 Aviation, Maritime and Supply Chain Management (Aviation Management and Finance / International Shipping and Transport Logistics / Supply Chain Management and Analytics) - BBA (Hons) Scheme

Mode:Group Interview
Aims:

To evaluate applicants' potential and interest in the programme, test their language and communication skills, and assess their non-academic qualities and achievements.

About 20-30 minutes

Remarks:

Selected applicants will be invited for interview.
